FAULT
Leackage on the body of the valve
Leackage on the shaft of the valve
The torque is too strong or the valve
is blocked
Valve leakage in low pressure
The valve does not open or close.
The valve does not close completely.
PROBLEMA

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Wear of the body o'ring
Looseness of the seal carrier
Presence of solids or strange
elements
Nuts under-tight
End connector o-rings in wrong
position
Wear of the shaft o'rings
The seal carrier is over-tight
The seal carrier is under-tight
Lack of current.
The actuator stroke is not properly
adjusted to the valve.
The torque of the valve has increased
above the calculated value.
POSIBLE CAUSA
Deterioro de la junta del cuerpo
Falta de apriete del portajuntas
Presencia de sólidos o elementos

FAULT CLEARANCE
Change the o'ring
Adjust the seal carrier
Remove the valve and replace
damaged parts
Adjust the nuts
Dissassemble the end connectors and
replace the o-rings
Change the o'rings
Adjust the seal carrier

Check current supply to the actuator
Check adjustment limits according to
the actuator manual.
Check the valve: obstructions in the
disc or malfunction of the valve.
