4. Turn the knob to the right until the crossbar is properly adjusted on the upper part of the
stainless steel handles. Turn the knob one more complete turn. Repeat the previous point for
one more complete turn.
5. The Pressure Cooke ris now ready to heat.
6. To move the Pressure Cooker, use only the Pressure Cooker bakelite side handles;
7. The Pressure Cooker must always be placed in a horizontal surface. Place the Pressure Cooker
in a diameter heat that do not exceed the diameter base;
8. During cooking it is normal that vapor goes out from the rotative valve. After the vapor starts
coming out, count the minutes from that moment to know when the food is well prepared.
Reduce the heating source to be more efficiently in terms of consumption from this point;

Attention:
- While cooking does not leave the Pressure Cooker without surveillance.
- Do not touch the metal parts during and immediately after cooking;
- Do not let children be around while Pressure Cooking is function;

2.3) Finishing Cooking

1. After time for cooking has terminated, turn off the heating source. After a few minutes the
vapor has come out ;
2. Do not force the Pressure Cooker to be open during previous step
2.4) Open the lid
- When vapor has come out rotate the knob in order to release it from the pot carefully;
- Carefully release the lid, do not force because it can be some vapor inside;
