The TCX3000 tyre changer is designed to demount and mount car and van tyres having rims from 12" to 34" and maximum diameter 1250
mm.
The TCX3000 electro-air-hydraulic tyre changer is ideal for mounting and demounting not only conventional tyres but also new-concept
tyres such as run-flat types with stiff sidewalls, with steel or alloy rims, including even particularly large types.
Any other use is to be considered inappropriate and therefore unreasonable and forbidden.
Before starting any type of operation it is ESSENTIAL to read and understand these instructions.

The machine must only be operated by authorised, skilled personnel.
In order to be classified as skilled, an operator must have understood the supplier's written instructions, attended a specific
training course and be familiar with the work-place safety regulations.
Operators must not use drugs or alcohol which may impair their capabilities.
In general terms, they must be able to:
- read and understand descriptions;
- understand the machine's functions and characteristics;
- keep unauthorised persons well clear of the area of operations;
- make sure that the machine has been installed in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations;
- make sure that all machine operators are suitably trained, that they are capable of using the machine correctly and safely, and that they
are adequately supervised during their work;
- take care not to touch electrical equipment and lines unless the machine has been disconnected;
- read this manual carefully to learn how to use the machine correctly and safely.
