4. USING THE RADIO
4.1 Press the On/O Button (1) to turn on the unit.
4.2 Set the FM/AM selector (3) to the required waveband.
4.3 Adjust the Volume Control (2) to the desired listening level.
4.4 Turn the Tuning Control (4) to select the frequency of desired station.
4.5 To turn o the unit, press the On/O Button (1) once.
Note
• The built-in AM and the external FM antennas are directional. If tuning into a FM station
extend or move the antenna (7) for a better reception. If tuning into an AM station rotate
the whole unit after tuning to obtain the best reception.
5. CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Wipe external surfaces with a soft cloth. If the casing is very dirty, unplug from the mains
supply and use a damp cloth soaked in a weak solution of washing up liquid and water.
Allow to dry thoroughly before reusing.
