BEFORE THE FIRST USE

Note: Never submerge the motor block in water!
When using the device a specific odour may be emitted. This is normal. Make sure
there is sufficient ventilation in the room.
1. Take all of the parts out of the packaging.
2. Make sure all parts are complete and intact.
3. Wipe the motor block clean with a slightly moist cloth.
4. Wipe the interior of the freezer bowl clean with a moist cloth.
5. Rinse the other components thoroughly in warm water.
6. Dry all of the components.

• You make the best ice cream with high quality ingredients.
• Fat-rich dairy products (cream, whipping cream, mascarpone, ...) provide a
creamy consistency and full flavour.
• When following recipes in which the sugar is not dissolved, use very fine sugar.
Sugar makes the ice cream stiffer and also prevents the formation of large ice
crystals.
• When using frozen fruit, it is not necessary to first let the fruit thaw. It is easier to
purée fruit which is still half frozen.
• Ice cream will stay softer when alcohol is added.
