Solution
• Check polarity of the wires + and -
• Reconnect the connectors
• Check if the cables used have
adapted size and the connection cables of the
video door phone are not in the same sheath
as 230 V~ cables
• Check the dip switch (p. 7)
• Check the connection
wires are not reversed
• Do not expose the lens
of the camera to direct sun light or to reflec-
tive surface.
