Danger of injury during maintenance, repair and transport
Danger from mains voltage.
Switch off the device and disconnect it from the power supply before

undertaking the cleaning work.
It is imperative that no moisture penetrate the inside of the

circulator.
Do not use alcohol- or solvent-based cleaning agents.

Have all service and repair work carried out by authorized electricians

only.
Regularly remove limescale deposits on the bath tank bottom with a
limescale remover. Clean the functional parts of the device with a soft
cloth and mild soapy water.
JULABO water baths are designed for continuous operation in normal
conditions. No regular maintenance work is required.
The bath tank should only be filled with suitable bath fluid. In the event
of contamination, the bath fluid must be replaced from time to time.
If Aqua Stabil is used, blue residues on the inside of the bath can be
removed with a cleaning agent based on anionic surfactants (e.g., dish
detergent). For this purpose, fill the bath with a diluted cleaning agent
solution and operate it for several hour at 60 °C.
Before calling out a service technician or sending back a JULABO device
for repair, we recommend that you contact our Technical Service
Department.
