To get the optimum use from this equipment:
- read this user manual carefully,
- follow the Precautions for Use.
Do not attach the probe to bare conductors carrying a dangerously high voltage without first
putting on suitable protective clothing and using appropriate equipment for personal
protection.
Do not use the sensor near uninsolated cables or conductors with a potential greater than
1000V in relation to the earth.
Do not expose the box to water.
Unless otherwise specified, our instruments are guaranteed free of manufacturing
defects and defective material. They do not carry the safety specification. Our warranty,
which will under no circumstances exceed the instrument's invoice value, extends only
to the repair of the supplied defective equipment, returned carriage-free to our factory.
It covers the normal use of our instruments, and does not apply to damage of any kind
caused by other parties, particularly when through assembly error, mechanical
accident, insufficient maintenance care, incorrect use, overloading or excess voltage,
or adjustment.
Our responsibility being strictly limited to the simple replacement of defective parts in
our equipment, we cannot be held responsible by the buyer for any damage or loss,
whether directly or indirectly caused.
Our warranty is valid, unless expressly stipulated otherwise, for twelve months
following the date of supply of the equipment. Neither repair, modification nor
replacement of the equipment during the warranty period shall result in the extension
of this warranty.
