Put the food you wish to mix inside the jar. Chop the food into small pieces. Usually an
small amout of water is required. The mixture of food and water should not exceed the
maximum level mark in the jar.
You can add additional ingredients during the mixing process though the top aperture
in the cover, removing the measure cup and putting it again once they have been added.
To start the food mixing, plug the power cord into the electrical outlet. Ensure the speed
selection knob is set to the "OFF" position.
Set the desired mixing speed by turning the speed selection knob to one of the following
positions:
Off
"PULSE" function
CAUTION: The appliance should not be kept in continuous operation during more than
three minutes in a row.
Once the mixture has acquired the desired consistency, turn the speed selection knob
up to the "OFF" position to stop the food processing.
To serve the mixture, turn the jar counterclockwise to remove it from the body and re-
move the top cover.
Cleaning and maintenance
Before handling the appliance, make sure it is unplugged from the electrical outlet. Allow
the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning it.
CAUTION: The blades are very sharp. Please use and handle the appliance with extre-
me caution.
Clean the jar thoroughly after each use.
