Problem
The device does not switch on
The dish is taking too long to cook

Error Description
System error (possible temperature sensor
malfunction).
Possible Cause
Voltage supply failure
Voltage supply interruption
There is a foreign object between the bowl and the heating element Remove the foreign object
The bowl was not installed properly
The heating element is dirty
Error Handling
Do not operate the device without the bowl!
Unplug the device, let it cool down for 10–15 minutes, add water/stock and resume
cooking.
If this does not eliminate the error address an authorised service center.
Solution
Check the voltage supply
Check the volatge supply
Install the bowl evenly, avoiding distortion
Unplug the device and let it cool down. Clean the heating element
