the screws (10).
2. Remove the top panel (9), and the cover
plate (8) from the front.
3. Remove the two screws (6) securing the
upper hinge plate (5) on the right-hand
side.
4. Carefully lift up the door and place it
on a suitable surface to protect it from
scratches.
5. Take off the white plug (7) and
re-position it in the corresponding hole
on the right-hand side, pushing it
firmly down.
6. Remove the two screws (1) securing the
lower hinge plate (2) on the right-hand
side.
7. Take out the adjustable foot (4) and re-position it on the right-hand side.
8. Mount the lower hinge plate (2) using both screws (1) in its new position on the left. Ensure that
the plate is aligned parallel to the side edge of the unit. (Do not fully tighten the screws yet.)
9. Replace the door in its new position. Ensure that the hinge pin of the lower hinge plate is
inserted into the guide bushing (hole) in the door.
10. Mount the upper hinge plate (5) using both screws (6) in its new position on the left. Ensure that
the hinge pin is inserted into the guide bushing (hole) in the door. (Do not fully tighten the
screws yet.)
11. Close the door and ensure that it is properly aligned before fully tightening the screws of the
upper and lower hinge plates.
12. Fit the top panel (9) on the unit and – with the door open – replace the cover plate (8) into the
opening on the right-hand side of the front.
13. Replace the screws (10) and screw covers (11) on the top panel (9).
14. Put the unit back in its intended position and wait for about two hours before connecting it to
the mains.
Temperature control
The temperature control automatically regulates the temperature inside the different compartments.
Min
cold setting
Normal colder (normal) setting
Max
coldest setting
Note: The operating temperature in the freezer largely depends on
factors such as the ambient temperature and that of the food to be
newly frozen. It also depends on how often the door is opened and
how long it remains open. If necessary, the temperature control setting
may be adjusted accordingly.
