2.2.2
Transformerless central inverter
Responsibilities
The electrician must ensure that:
the general information, step-by-step instructions and, in particular,
|
the safety instructions regarding assembly and installation are read in
their entirety before commissioning and before closing the
disconnectors, and are followed at all times;
safety devices are neither removed nor taken out of operation;
|
the safety devices and warning instructions on the device are used/
|
observed;
all external and internal disconnectors are opened before commencing
|
work on electrical components;
before any electrical work is performed, suitable measuring equipment
|
is used to ensure that the device is fully deengergised, both in the DC
and AC settings, in accordance with applicable directives. Please note:
The power source of the photovoltaic system is always active
|
during daylight;
measurements are only taken with suitable measuring equipment
|
which conform to applicable standards and directives. Before carrying
out the measurement, read the Operating manual for the measuring
equipment;
all safety covers are fitted. The safety covers serve the dual purposes
|
of safety and ventilation. They guide the air into and distribute it around
the device;
the device is never opened during operation;
|
the device is secured by means of a built-in lock and may only be
|
opened using the key supplied with the device;
inserted connecting cables are adequately secured by cable strain
|
relief (attached to a cable mounting rail). Connecting cables which are
not strain-relieved may be damaged or completely pulled out, causing
personal injury or material damage;
the external low-voltage distribution board is capable of switching off
|
the combined currents of all central inverters which have been
connected;
before the device is commissioned, the DC circuit breaker is adjusted
|
in line with the permissible DC current;
the device is switched off before a medium voltage transformer is
|
switched off.
