Washing is done by spraying wet on the coil with idle fans. The washing function can be activated via parameter PC10.
It can be set daily (with washing start time parameter PC11) or weekly (with washing day parameter PC12 and
washing start time parameter PC11). The function only starts when the unit is on.
The sequence will be as follows:
•
Activation time arrives, the instrument closes the warning relay to the master supervisor (DO10)
•
After a set time (parameter PC13) the fans are switched off
•
After a settable time has elapsed (parameter PC14), the sprayers are activated
•
Wash has a settable duration (parameter PC15)
•
At end of washing, after a settable time (parameter PC13), the warning signal is switched off to the master
and the fans are unlocked and will follow their normal adjustment.
By parameter PH40, you can set the inbound function to wait for a master digital supervisor (DI6) to confirm. In this
case, instead of waiting for a fixed time before switching the fans on and off, the washing cycle waits for the signal
from the master controller.
To improve washing efficiency, it is recommended to perform it with a cold machine, i.e. without circulation of the
fluid inside the exchanger.
You can also start the washing cycle manually from the ADVANCED → MANUAL menu. On the CLEANING screen, move
the cursor over the UP and DOWN keys to Run, in the Coil window, then press ENTER.
