5. Remove the rear guard (Fig. 9) to allow the subse-
quent fixing of the column.

6. Lay out the screws and accessories needed for fix-
ing the column nearby.
7. Raise the column and pull out the ends of the four
hoses from the bottom. These hoses must be con-
nected to the corresponding ones in the body of the
machine, which can be seen through the upper hole
where the column
Fix the column to the machine body screwing up
the nuts and bolts loosely, these are tightened later
to set the correct positioning.
For CB or AD versions, fix the pile to the column
movement device screwing the screws only for any
thread for determining the positioning (see Fig. 7).
8. Connect the hoses with the attached connectors,
taking care to follow the colour code (red to red,
blue to blue, and the black hose that must be con-
nected to the double connector which links the other
two black hoses) (See Fig. 10).

9. (Only for versions CB and AD)
Position the bead-breaker on the column inserting
the lower pin into the support on the column. Then
position the bead-breaker support (Fig. 11 pos. 4)
(# 790090250) on the bead-breaker head on the up-
per pin. Now fix the support to the previously
mounted column with the two screws (Fig. 11 pos.
2)(# 203058) and two nuts (Fig. 11 pos. 3)(#
222011). At the end of assembling operations, as-
semble the protection screws (Fig. 11 pos. 5)(#
2176000).

Also connect the black 8x6 rilsan hose (Fig. 11 pos.
1) which extends out of the column,to the bead-breaker
lubricator.

10 - Screw the 4 screws into the proper holes (Fig. 12
pos. 1)(# 206188) and the 4 relative washers (Fig.
12 pos. 2)(# 237011) on the threaded inserts (Fig.
12 pos. 3) on the machine, to lock the tubeless in-
flation tank (Fig. 12 pos. 4) to the rear guard (Fig.
12 pos. 5).
