Funktionsprinzip
Die hinter der Membran zugeführte Luft drückt das Produkt
in Richtung Druckleitung. Gleichzeitig zieht die Luft über die
Welle die gegenüber liegende Membran mit sich, die eine
Sogwirkung in der Saugleitung erzeugt. Am Ende des Hubs
kehrt sich der Zyklus um.
Unsachgemäßer Einsatz
ACHTUNG: Jeder Einsatz der Pumpe CUBIC,

der überdie Angaben im Kapitel „Technische
Eigenschaften"hinaus geht, ist unzulässig und
somit von der Fa. Debem verboten.
Insbesondere ist der Einsatz der Pumpe CUBIC für
ACHTUNG: Aufgrund der Vielfalt der Produkte und

derchemischen Zusammensetzungen sollte der
Benutzer die Reaktionen und die Verträglichkeit
mit den Werkstoffen der Pumpe kennen. Vor dem Einsatz

notwendigen Prüfungen und Versuche durchführen,
um auch selten auftretende gefährliche Situationen zu
vermeiden, die nicht dem Hersteller anzulasten sind.

maximalen Oberflächentemperatur der Pumpe und
der untersten Zündtemperatur der Staubschichten und
Staubwolken gemäß EN1227-1 zu bewerten.

Functioning principles
The air introduced behind the diaphragm pushes the product
to the delivery side. At the same time, it uses the shaft to draw
the opposite diaphragm, which causes suction at the intake
side. When complete, the cycle reverses.
Improper use:
WARNING: use of a CUBIC pumps for any other use

other than that previously described in the chapter
entitled "TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS" is to
be considered improper use of the pump and is therefore
forbidden by Debem.
In particular, it is FORBIDDEN to use CUBIC pumps for :

with use of the pumps under the exact conditions set forth
in the use and maintenance manual have been analysed,
whilst the analysis of the risks associated with the inter-
face with other system components must be carried out
by the installer.
