3. Safety and warning notices
Please note the following safety and warning notices. Improper use or incorrect
operation can hurt yourself and / or third parties.
1. Wear suitable protective equipment while driving. This includes safety guards, gloves,
helmet, thick clothes, sturdy shoes, etc.
2. Modifying the E-Scooter leads to the loss of the operating license and the warranty. Do not
try to open the E-Scooter or repair it yourself if there is a defect.
3. Always drive responsibly and carefully. Adjust your speed to the circumstances. Do not
endanger yourself, other people, or objects.
4. Do not use the E-Scooter under the influence of drugs and / or alcohol.
5. Do not operate the E-Scooter if you are excited or sleepy.
6. Watch out for traffic, expect others to make mistakes.
7. Do not drive over curbs and ramps. The E-Scooter is not designed for use in the skate park
and / or skate pool.
8. Do not perform unnecessary, exaggerated maneuvers such as hard braking at full speed
and / or abrupt changes of direction.
9. The E-Scooter is suitable for flat and paved roads. Do not drive on sand, mud, gravel or
rubble. Do not ride in the rain, slippery, hail or extreme heat. Warning, cobblestones can
become very smooth when it is damp. The E-Scooter is not waterproof. Do not drive near
puddles, pools, rivers, or other bodies of water.
10. Avoid uneven surfaces. If there are unforeseen bumps and strong vibrations while driving,
bend your knees slightly to absorb the bumps. Stop driving, push / carry the E-Scooter.
11. Do not try to drive over objects.
12. Do not drive indoors, shopping malls, apartments, etc.
13. Concentrate while driving. Do not use smartphones.
14. Pay attention to information / prohibition signs.
15. The E-Scooter is designed for use by a single person. Do not try to burden the E-Scooter
with two or more people.
16. Do not carry extra heavy luggage while driving.
17. Do not drive if you have balance problems.
18. Pregnant, weak, injured and / or sick people are not allowed to drive.
19. Children under the age of 14 must not drive the E-Scooter.
20. Older people should not drive the E-Scooter.
21. Higher speeds lead to instability and longer braking distances. Therefore, always drive
slowly and safely.
22. Do not jump on the E-Scooter, do not jump off while driving.
23. Do not try to do any stunts or tricks with the E-Scooter.
24. Do not drive when it is dark and the streets are poorly lit.
25. Pay attention to the maximum load limits for the E-Scooter.
26. Do not drive in unsafe places. This applies in particular to places where flammable
materials (gases, vapors, liquids) are stored. Pay attention to laws and notices, follow the
instructions of security personnel.
27. The specified restrictions and load limits correspond to the legal provisions. Be sure to
adhere to the specified values.
