Flavourful Carrot Juice
2 garlic cloves

Place vegetables in the juice extractor
in the order shown.
6-Vegetable Juice
1 green onion
¼ seedless red pepper
1 mini cucumber
1 teaspoon of seedless, chopped chilli
pepper

Place vegetables in juice extractor
in order listed.
7-Vegetable Juice
500 g spinach
500 g broccoli
500 g turnip
500 g Brussels sprouts
11 5 g tomato paste
20 ml turmeric
5 ml black pepper
1 0 ml extra virgin olive oil
¼ Spanish onion
4 to 8 garlic cloves
Peel garlic and press in a garlic press. Set
aside.
Pass spinach, broccoli, turnips and Brussels
sprouts through the juice extractor. Then
pass the peeled onion and garlic through.
Add tomato paste to vegetable juice.
Whisk.
Whisk turmeric and olive oil together in
small bowl until smooth. Add with pepper
to the vegetable juice. Mix well.

225 g dandelion leaves
Pass vegetables through the juice extractor.

3 apples
1 peeled, seedless lemon
1 peeled, seedless orange
Pass fruits through the juice extractor.

3 seedless apples
1 peeled carrot
1 peeled kiwi
Pass fruits through the juice extractor.
