■ Check that the existing O-rings [8-7] fit correctly on the new humidifier
module.
■ Insert the new humidifier module in the holder in the water tank.
■ Check that the seal in the cover fits properly and is not damaged or
soiled. Replace seal if damaged (see chapter 10.2).
■ Fit the cover.
■ Screw in the cheese-head screws with flat washers (torque: 150 –
200 N cm).
■ Push the new SATA filter timer in completely.
■ Press the activation point [8-4]. A sound (clicking noise) confirms suc-
cessful activation.
10.2. Replace the cover seal
Attention!
Damage from soiling
Dirt particles can land in the water tank when the cover is removed and
damage the air humidifier.
→ Clean the outside of the air humidifier before dismantling.
Remove cover seal
■ Unscrew cheese-head screws with flat washers [9-3].
■ Lift off the cover [9-1].
■ Take the cover seal [9-2] out of the cover.
Insert the new cover seal
■ Insert the new cover seal. Make sure it fits [9-4] properly.
■ Fit the cover.
■ Screw in the cheese-head screws with flat washers (torque: 150 – 200
N cm).
10.3. Replace the O-ring on the filling cap
Remove O-ring
■ Unscrew the filler screw [10-1].
■ Remove O-ring [10-2].
Insert new O-ring
■ Insert new O-ring. Make sure it fits properly.
■ Screw in the filler screw.
