Set the oven to 400 degrees F and allow it to preheat for 30 minutes.
Set the time to 20 minutes, the steam to 10 seconds and the vent to auto or 7 minutes.
Place a cold rack in the oven. Press start. Observe that there is ample steam on the
rack and that the oven regains the set point in less than 6 minutes. Observe that
the vent removes the steam from the oven at the end of the bake.

Measure the Carbon Monoxide produced by the oven. Note the measurements here.
Note: the Monoxide measurement must not exceed 400PPM Air-free. Less than 50 PPM is normal.

Confirm that the loading door operates freely and will not close on the operator.

Check the fit and finish of the oven. Look for missing screws, protective plastic coating still
on parts, scratches or dents missing parts or miss-alignment of panels.

Confirm that the interior lights operate when the door is open and the oven is on.

Check for leaks in the water, gas and drain lines.

Confirm that the operators manual is in the pocket inside the control compartment.
