3- Connect the inflation adapter to the valve.
4- Take hold of the control handle with both hands and position it on the top
edge of rim so that the valve on the end of the nozzle is pressed against the rim
(see Fig. C).
5- Tilt the nozzle depending on the shape of the rim, trying to optimise the angle
so that the air enters the tyre easily.
Start to deliver air to the inside of the tyre by pressing the inflation pedal, and at
the same time press the two buttons on the handle.
WARNING!
The device must be held firmly in both hands because there
is a strong kick-back when the air jet is emitted.
6- The air jet develops a series of forces inside the tyre which all the bead to be inserted in the rim.
Keep inflating as already described.
N.B.: To get the best results from the device, when it is used the tyre changer must be at its maximum operating pressure, so check the tyre
changer pressure from the pressure gauge on the regulator/lubricator device.
If the first attempt does not give the desired result, before trying again with a second jet wait for the tyre changer pressure, and thus the
pressure inside the tank, to return to the maximum value.
N.B.: Proper lubrication of the tyre beads and their seats on the rim simplifies bead insertion.
WARNING.
Although the safety valve prevents use of the device when not pressed against the rim, NEVER direct the nozzle at
people or objects.
