How it works
The Ultrasonic Bark Control is equipped with a microphone that detects
barking. It automatically emits ultrasounds when a dog barks within the device's
range.
Ultrasounds are hardly audible for the human ear but are easily heard by our
furry friends. While harmless, ultrasounds are unpleasant, which deters dogs
from barking. Dogs can eventually learn to associate barking with the
unpleasant sound. When the dog stops barking, the ultrasound stops too.
The device has 3 levels of bark detection sensitivity and a Test mode. It detects
barking within a 15-meter range.
