GREASE DRIP TRAY
The grease drip tray collects the oil and grease
that are deposited on the metal anti-grease
filters.
The metal filters retain the grease and oil
thanks to their inclination and by being heat-
ed when fired and let them flow into the tray
positioned beneath the suction unit near the
lower part of the filters. It is advisable to emp-
ty the tray at constant intervals depending
on the use (approximately every 15 days) and wash it with boiling
water and washing up liquid.
Do not use corrosive, acid or alkaline detergents.
Rinse it well and wait for it to be completely dry before reassembling it.
Remove the grease drip tray by accessing the bottom of the suction
unit (see the instructions

UNDER FURNITURE CARBON-ZEO FILTER UNIT KIT (OPTIONAL)
Carbon-zeo filters have the function of retaining odours in the air flow
passing through them. The air, purified by running many times through
the filter, is recirculated into the kitchen.
The combination of coal and zeolite provides greater filtering capacity
and contributes with absorption of part of the steam generated during
cooking.
The carbon-zeo filters do not require special maintenance. Under nor-
mal conditions, we recommend restoring them every 18 months
and replacing them every 3 years.
For maintenance of the carbon-zeo filters, extract the Piano under fur-
niture carbon-zeo filter kit from its housing which, in standard installa-
tions, is behind the kitchen plinth.
Remove the plinth (see the instructions
unhook the set (AF) from the part (FK) connected to the suction pipe:
the two parts are joined by magnets, therefore simply pull gently as

Unscrew the 5 screws (V5) (Fig.

To restore them, place them into a normal domestic over at 200° for
about 2 hours.
Wait for the filters to cool before reassembling them; put them back in
their seat, reassemble the metal cover (A) by following, in reverse order,
the operations described in (Fig.
