Problem
• BU has no transmission.
• Always transmitting.
• Out-of-range alarm always on.
• No Out-of-range alarm
• Temperature alarm always on.
• Always showing low battery alert.
• Battery life is short.
• Two BU having same BU number
shown on PU.
• Many static noise and interference.
• Too short communication range
TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
Possible Causes
• BU is switched off.
• Mic sensitivity is too low.
• BU Battery has run down or AC adapter
improperly connected.
• Mic sensitivity is too high
• BU is set to continuous transmission
mode.
• Pairing is not successful.
• BU battery has run down.
• LDistance between BU and PU
exceeds the operating range.
• Setting of Out-of-range function in PU
is FF
• The upper and lower temperature limit is
set too close to the current reading.
• Battery has run down.
• Battery pack is damaged.
• Night light is permanently switched on
• Vibration alert is switched on.
• Pairing is done with both BU set with
same BU number.
• BU is located near other electrical
appliances
• Many steel structures between BU and
PU`

Solution
• Switch on BU
• Adjust mic sensitivity higher
• Replace with new battery or check
connection
• Adjust mic sensitivity lower.
• Set the unit to become voice
activated.
• Perform pairing again.
• Replace with new battery or use AC
adapter .
• Move the BU and PU closer together.
• Change Setting to ON
• Set the upper and lower temperature limit
around 5°C difference from current
reading.
• Recharge battery using charger stand
(PU). Replace with new battery or use AC
adapter (BU)
• Replace with new battery pack
• Switch off night light or set to VOX
operate
• Switch off vibration alert.
• Perform pairing again with BU set with
different BU number.
• Remove the electrical appliances or re-
locate the BU far away from source of
interference.
• Re-locate BU or PU
• Replace with new battery or use AC
adapter.
