This vehicle was designed and built using the most modern production techniques. The manufacturer
guarantees its products for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase with the exception of continuous
professional service products engaged in contract work, for which the warranty is 12 months from date of
purchase.

CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

1) The warranty is considered from the date of purchase. The manufacturer shall replace parts defective in
the material, processing and production free of charge. The warranty does not cover labour and replacement
of the machine.
2) Technical personnel will act within the time granted by organisational needs and, in any case, as soon
as possible. Any delays cannot determine claims for damages or extension of the warranty period.
3) To request warranty service, you must show the warranty stamped by the dealer, completed in its
entirety and accompanied by the purchase invoice or sales receipt or other mandatory document proving
the purchase date, to authorised personnel.
4) The warranty shall be considered void in the case of:
- obvious lack of maintenance
- improper use or tampering of the vehicle
- use of unsuitable lubricants or fuels
- use of non-original spare parts or accessories
- interventions carried out by unauthorised personnel
5) The manufacturer warranty excludes parts subject to the wear and tear of normal operation: belts,
rollers, transmission belts, brakes, etc.
6) The cost of shipping, transportation and labour shall be charged to the customer.
7) Any damage caused during transport must be immediately reported to the carrier; otherwise, the
warranty shall become void.
8) If failure or breakage should occur during the warranty period or after, the customer has no right to
withhold payment or to any discount.
9) The manufacturer is not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to persons or property resulting
from failure of the vehicle or from enforced extended stop of the vehicle itself.
