8. To reinstall new switch, reverse the procedure.
Burner Orifice/Igniter/Flame sensor
1. Remove lock nut.

2. Pull the burner chassis out.
3. Disconnect the igniter cable from the igniter.
4. Disconnect the flame sensor cable from the flame
sensor.
5. Note set point location of drawer assembly elbow
(set point #2).

6. Remove mounting screw using 6mm allen key.
7. Pull drawer assembly elbow out of combustion
head assembly
Burner Orifice Removal
1. Remove burner orifice by using the 13/16 socket
2. Make note of washer behind orifice when rein-
stalling new orifice. Washer must be installed.

Igniter and Flame Sensor Removal
1. Remove the igniter and flame sensor clamp screw.
2. Position new igniter to measure 4 inches from
clamp to the end of the terminal connection.
3. Flame sensor should measure 3 inches from
clamp to the end of the terminal connection.

Fuse
1. Locate the fuse holder on the side of the ignition
transformer bracket.
2. Remove the fuse holder with the standard screw-
driver, turning counter-clock wise
3. Replace fuse if necessary (6.25a/250V)
