INTRODUCTION
Thank you for trusting in Mondial. It is the perfect accessory for food lovers. To ensure
proper operation and maintenance of the product, carefully read the instructions in this
manual and keep it in the event that you may need in the future. We recommend that you
also keep the packaging in case of repairs, and dispose of all plastic bags that could
become dangerous toys for children.
The appliance is very easy to use. Just connect it to the electricity supply socket (220-
250V).
If you need more information, please contact Mondial.
Advice:
The use of Mondial appliances by children needs clear instructions of use and
constant supervision during use of the appliance.
OPERATION
The instrument consists of the following parts, see fig.A:
Before using the appliance:
˃ Unpack the appliance.
˃ Clean the appliance. See "Cleaning and Care"
Use (See fig.A)
˃ Make sure that the Speed Dial is set to "0" (off).
˃ Connect the plug to the socket (compatible with the voltage of the product).
˃ Attach the cup on the Motor Base by turning it clockwise until it locks into position.
Never remove the cup from the Motor Base while product is running. Turn it off
before detaching the cup.
˃ To add small foods or ingredients during operation, use the opening in the lid.
Remove the dispenser cup by turning it anti-clockwise to unlock it.
˃ Select the desired speed by turning the Speed Dial clockwise or select the
PULSATING function by turning and holding the dial counter-clockwise. When
released from PULSATING position, the button automatically returns to "0" (off).
˃ For a smooth processing of your mixture, always start your recipes with the
PULSATING operation and then increase the speed gradually.
˃ Do not exceed the maximum level indicated to prevent leakage.
˃ Turn the glass counter-clockwise to unlock from the motor base, pull out the lid or
only release the nozzle to serve food according to previous instructions.
˃ After use, remove the plug from the socket. To keep the plug cable just roll it in the
compartment located at the bottom of the Motor Base.

Important:
˃ Do not fill the blender cup or do not process hot mixtures at temperatures above
80°C, as from this temperature hot steam is released.
˃ When processing hot mixtures (below 80° C) do not exceed the 1,250 ml mark.
The Cup's lid must remain locked into position during the process.
˃ It is recommended to not keep the motor running for more than 3 minutes at a
time. If necessary allow the appliance to rest for one minute before finalizing your
recipe.
˃ Solid food grain should be placed in no more than 01 cup at a time to be ground.
˃ To grind ice place ½ cup of water and then add the cubes through the opening on
the dispenser cup with the appliance already in operation.
˃ If the knife blades remain locked in use, turn of the appliance and unplug it before
removing the ingredients that caused it to jam.
˃ Before connecting the product, make sure the glass is properly seated in the
cradle, thus preventing breakage of its plastic parts.
˃ The warranty does not cover wear on the plastic parts of the base of the cup due to
ill fitting. It does not cover also any breakage or damage from falling down or
incorrect use.
˃ The parts of the product can not be washed in a dishwasher.
˃ Never turn on the product with the cup empty and do not remove the lid from the
cup before the knife blades stop completely.
Filter usage instructions
˃ The filter serves to easily prepare juices from fruits and vitamins, since it allows
straining the juice still in the blender, separating the seed and bagasse.
˃ We recommend washing the filter before the first use.
˃ To clean the filter, use running water, a sponge or soft bristle brush with or without
detergent.
˃ Place the filter into the cup, adapting it to the notches on the bottom until it clicks.
˃ Place the ingredients into small pieces into the filter and add water or other liquid
in proper proportion to prepare your shake or juice.
˃ Fasten the lid onto the cup without the dispenser cup.
˃ Fasten the dispenser cup onto the lid and lock the cup on the Motor Base. It is now
ready to process.
˃ Start the operation with the PULSING function and then use only the lower speeds
so as not to grind the seeds.
˃ For adding liquids or ingredients during processing, take out the dispenser cup
from the lid and add straight into the filter, but make sure the motor is off.
˃ When processing hard foods such as apples, limit the amount of food to the height
of the stainless steel filter screen.
˃ To serve, remove the Cup from the Motor Base and turn the lid until the first lock
clearing the opening of the nozzle.
˃ To better enjoy the food after serving juice or shake, return the Cup to the Motor
Base and use the PULSATING function once or twice to extract all the juice from
the fruit.
˃ Clean the filter according to previous instructions.
