10 Warranty
• Löwenstein Medical warrants that the
product will remain free from defects
for a period of six months from the date
of purchase if used in accordance with
purpose.
• A condition for claims under warranty is
presentation of a proof of purchase
showing salesperson and date of
purchase.
• We do not accept claims under
warranty if:
– the instructions for use are not followed
– there are operating errors
– the product is not used or treated
properly
– an unauthorized third party interferes
with the device for repair purposes
– there is force majeure
– transport damage is sustained due to
incorrect packing of returned goods
– normal wear and tear is sustained during
operation
– genuine replacement parts are not used.
