MAZDA PREMACY 1999-2002:
VOORBEREIDING
-
Verwijder het kunststof achterpaneel en de kunststof zijpanelen (links en rechts) uit de kofferbak.
Verwijder de achterlichtunits en de bumper. De bevestigingspunten van de bumper bevinden zich bij
de wielruimten, tegen de tussenwand in de kofferruimte, onderaan tegen de tussenwand en onder
de achterlichtunits. Verwijder de bumper met twee personen.

Demonteer aan de linker- en rechterzijde de metalen afdekplaatjes van de bumper; deze worden niet
meer gebruikt (zie fig. 4). Zaag de onderdelen van de bumper door zoals aangegeven op afbeelding 1
en 2. Demonteer de twee hoeken van de bumper.

Verwijder de sticker (zie afbeeding 3). Indien de sticker ontbreekt, dient de plaats te worden
vastgesteld waar de gaten moeten komen en dienen de gaten vervolgens van binnenuit te worden
geboord (Ø 12 mm). Verwijder de bevestigingsbouten aan de linker- en rechterzijde van de bumper
zoals aangegeven op afbeelding 1.

VOORBEREIDING

Verwijder het kunststof achterpaneel en de kunststof zijpanelen (links en rechts) uit de kofferbak.
Verwijder de achterlichtunits en de bumper. De bevestigingspunten van de bumper bevinden zich bij
de wielruimten, tegen de tussenwand in de kofferruimte, onderaan tegen de tussenwand en onder
de achterlichtunits. Verwijder de bumper met twee personen.

Demonteer aan de linker- en rechterzijde de metalen afdekplaatjes van de bumper; deze worden niet
meer gebruikt (zie fig. 1). Zaag de onderdelen van de bumper door zoals aangegeven op
afbeelding 2.
MAZDA PREMACY MONTAGE:
1. Bevestig de trekhaak aan het voertuig; de U-profielen kunnen nu links en rechts in de chassisbalken
worden geschoven. Boor de gaten "1" (Ø 12 mm) in de tussenwand. Werk de gaten "3" op maat af
(Ø 12 mm). Smeer de randen van de geboorde gaten in met een roestwerend middel.
2. Monteer bij gaten "4" 2 bouten M10x40, 2 veerringen en contraplaatjes "D" en bij gaten "5" 2 bouten
M10x40, 2 veerringen, contraplaatjes "D" en sluitringen (Ø35x10,5x2).
3. Monteer bij gaten "1" 4 bouten M10x35, 4 borgringen (Ø25x10,5x4), 4 veerringen en 4 moeren.
4. Monteer bij gaten "2" 2 bouten M10x35, 2 sluitringen (Ø25x10.5x4), 2 veerringen en 2 moeren.
5. Monteer bij gaten "3" 2 bouten M10x35, 2 contraplaatjes "D", 2 contraplaatjes "E", 2 veerringen en 2
moeren.

MAZDA PREMACY 2002-:
6. Positioneer de bumper en markeer de corresponderende gaten op het achterpaneel. Verwijder de
bumper weer en boor de zojuist gemarkeerde gaten door op Ø 9 mm.
7. Monteer de bumper met behulp van de originele bouten en de meegeleverde kunststof schroeven
"G". Monteer de achterlichtunits. Monteer de twee hoeken van de bumper en de panelen in de
kofferbak.
8. Monteer de bumpersteunen "F" t.p.v. de gaten "6" m.b.v. 2 bouten M8x20, 2 veerringen en 2
moeren.

9. Bevestig de koppelingskogel "B" en de stekkerdoosplaat "C" met behulp van 2 bouten M12x70, 2
veerringen en 2 moeren.
10. Zet de trekhaak vast. Hanteer hierbij de aanhaalmomenten zoals aangegeven op pagina 1.

Remove the plastic rear panel and the plastic side panels (right and left) from the boot. Remove the
rear combination lights and the bumper. The attachment points of the bumper are located at the wheel
arches, in the partition in the boot, at the bottom in the partition, and below the rear combination lights.
Remove the bumper with the assistance of a second person.

Remove the metal cover plates from the right- and left-hand sides of the bumper; they will not be
required (see fig. 4). Saw through the bumper components as shown in Figures 1 and 2. Remove the
two corners from the bumper.

Remove the sticker (see Figure 3). If the sticker is missing, the position where the holes are to be
made should be determined and the holes subsequently drilled from the inside (Ø 12 mm). Remove the
fixing bolts on the left- and right-hand sides of the bumper as shown in Figure 1.

MAZDA PREMACY MOUNTING :
1. Attach the towbar on the vehicle; the channel sections can now be pushed in the chassis beams on
the left- and right-hand sides. Drill holes [1] (Ø 12 mm) in the partition. Drill out holes "3" to 12 mm. Coat
the edges of the drilled holes with a rust preventative.
2. At holes "4" mount 2 bolts M10x40, 2 spring washers and counter plates "D", and at holes "5" mount
bolts M10x40, 2 spring washers, counter plates "D" and washers (Ø35x10.5x2).
3. At holes "1" mount 4 bolts M10x35, 4 lock washers (Ø25x10.5), 4 spring washers and 4 nuts.
4. At holes "2" mount 2 bolts M10x35, 2 washers (Ø25x10.5x4), 2 spring washers and 2 nuts.
5. At holes "3" mount 2 bolts M10x35, 2 counter plates "D", 2 counter plates "E", 2 spring washers and 2
nuts.

MAZDA PREMACY 2002-:
6. Position the bumper and mark the corresponding holes on the rear panel. Remove the bumper
again and drill the holes just marked through to Ø 9mm.
7. Mount the bumper with the original bolts and the provided synthetic screws "G". Mount the rear
combination lights. Mount the two corners of the bumper and the panels in the boot.
8. Mount the bumper supports "F" at the holes "6" using 2 M8x20 bolts, 2 spring washers and 2
nuts.

9. Attach the coupling ball "B" and the electrical-socket plate "C" with two bolts M12x70, 2 spring
washers and 2 nuts.
10. Attach the towbar. Use the tightening tolerances as shown on page 1.
