Repair
The unit can only be repaired by OASE. Please send the unit to your OASE dealer.
Maintenance and cleaning
If necessary, clean the unit with clear water using a soft brush.
Storage/Over-wintering
In case of extreme frost or ice loading, deinstall the unit(→ Technical data). Thoroughly clean and check the unit for
damage.
Disposal
Dispose of the unit in accordance with the national legal regulations.
Do not dispose of this unit with domestic waste! For disposal purposes, please use the return system provided.
Disable the unit beforehand by cutting off the cables.

Cause
No voltage supply or malfunction in DMX line
Unsuitable DMX channel or mode selected
Unit, DMX controller or switching power pack
defective
Unsuitable DMX channel or mode selected
Unit output defective
Remedy
Disconnect the unit from the voltage supply for at least
5 minutes
Check all lines and connections
− Correct DMX channel settings (→ Addressing via
DMX)
− Correct Personality ID settings (→ Addressing via
DMX-RDM)
− Check starting address and DMX value
Determine which unit is defective and proceed with the
malfunction remedy according to its instruction manual
