enabling cleaner interaction with the chest ascender
during rope ascent. Its curvy shape allows for an
ergo nomic grip with either hand. The body shape
and cam latch are optimized for single handed
opening and integrate a small wire for easing
manipulation with thicker gloves.
According to EN 567 GET UP is tested to work on
kernmantle ropes of 8 to 13 mm that comply with EN
1891, EN 892, EN 564 or UIAA standards. According
to EN 12841 Type B, low stretch ropes of 9 to 13 mm
must be used.
Rope Clamps are not designed to arrest a fall!
