Assembly and use of the hoop lock
III.I
Inspection, Care and Maintenance

The hoop lock must be handled and transported with care, in order to avoid damage.

Check all moving parts for correct functioning and to ensure that these are not contaminated.

Check all parts for damage. Damaged or incorrect parts may not be used.
4
Damaged parts have to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection.

The hoop lock must be inspected annually by an expert. The services of the Inspection, Repair and
Assembly department at Altrex can be engaged for inspections and any repairs.
III.II General
Only use the hoop lock in the configuration shown below.

If fastenings are delivered, please check that these are suitable for the site where these have to be

III.III User instructions
Opening:
Undo the padlock.

Remove the padlock from the angle section and U-shaped profile.

The hoop lock can be opened sideways by hand.

Closing:
Turn the hoop lock sideways by hand.

Make sure that the hole of the U-shaped profile (on the hoop lock) is located above the hole of the angle section (on the
-
ladder)
Pass the padlock through the holes.

Lock the padlock.
