INTRODUCTION
Thank you for trusting in Mondial. It is the perfect accessory for food lovers. To ensure
proper operation and maintenance of the product, carefully read the instructions in this
manual and keep it in the event that you may need in the future. We recommend that you
also keep the packaging in case of repairs, and dispose of all plastic bags that could
become dangerous toys for children.
The appliance is very easy to use. Just connect it to the electricity supply socket (220-250V).
If you need more information, please contact Mondial.
Advice:
The use of Mondial appliances by children needs clear instructions of use and
constant supervision during use of the appliance.
OPERATION
The instrument consists of the following parts, see fig.A:
Before using the appliance:
It is recommended to wash the beaters, bowls and spatula with warm water and neutral
detergent and to completely dry them before using the product for the first time. Use a dry
and soft cloth on the Body and Base and your MONDIAL PREMIUM STAND MIXER will be
ready to use.
Use (See fig.A)
Assembly
Hold the Handle of the body of the

Stand Mixer and gently insert it on the
Pedestal (Base) (figure 1). Ensure that
it is perfectly attached.
For position at rest, hold the Handle of
˃
the body and lift it until you hear a
locking click according to figure 2.
˃ Attach the Beaters in their respective
holes (figure 3). The beater should
always be attached to the hole
indicated in figure A.
˃ Press the Beaters until you hear a
locking click.
Insert the bowl on the pedestal of the
˃
Stand Mixer.

APPLIANCE TURNED OFF.
Removing the beaters
˃ Before removing the beaters, ensure that the speed selector is on the "0" position.
˃ With one hand, hold the Handle of the MONDIAL PREMIUM STAND MIXER and
with the thumb press the eject button to release the Beaters while holding the
beaters with the other hand.
Turbo function
The Turbo function facilitates the mixing of ingredients.
˃
By pressing the Turbo position, the speed of your Stand Mixer will immediately
˃
have maximum power.
˃ This function requires the Button to remain pressed during the entire period of the
operation
Use it for mixes that require little time or a certain precision, such as creams that
˃
may be overdone.
˃ The duration of the operation varies according to the quantity of ingredients and
the desired consistency.
Bowl rotation
˃ The PREMIUM STAND MIXER has a Pedestal with vanes that enable the rotation
of the bowl, providing the mix with a uniform consistency. You must turn the bowl
with your hands in both directions (to the right and to the left)
Use the Spatula, pressing it against the walls of the Bowl but away from the beaters
˃
to remove stuck ingredients that were not mixed in order to obtain a uniform mix.
˃ Never place any object or utensil close to the rotating beaters while the appliance
is operating because it may damage it.

CLEANING AND CARE

˃ Disconnect the plug from the socket before you start cleaning.
˃ Follow the cleaning instructions in the section "BEFORE USING YOUR
MONDIAL PREMIUM STAND MIXER".
Never use steel wool, sponges or any other type of abrasive cleaner and material

because it can damage your appliance.
˃ Never immerse the appliance in water.
