6.5. PUTTING INTO USE
The connection operations to the pneumatic network
and the positioning of tubes in the tanks for the
Double 250 machine are described as follows:
Fig.1
1. Make sure that the two valves of machine -Fig.1,
n. 3 y n. 4-, brush - Fig.1, n. 5 - and the atomizer
- Fig.1, n. 6 - are in the OFF position (horizontal
position). Also make sure that the mixer regulator
- Fig.1, n. 8 - is closed (rotated completely in an
anti-clockwise direction).

2. Connect the machine's network air compressor
attachment - Fig.2 n. 2 - to the line of compressed
air (max. 10 bar).
3. Remove the machine's lower doors - page18
n.14 and n.15 -.
4. Pull out the filter basin and the collection basin
from the base.
5. Fill the collection basin with water, leaving an
air space of approximately 5cm. between the
water level and the bottom of the filter basin, which
is situated above.
6. Insert the aspirator tube supplied by the
cigar-shaped filter for the aspiration tube between
the collection basin and the filter basin.
6. INSTALATION
7. Make sure that the filter basin is positioned
firmly above the supports for the filtering basin.
Make sure that these supports are inserted and
welded firmly to the collection basin and provide
stability for the filter basin, which is situated
above.
8. Check that the fabric filter support grid is
correctly positioned inside the filter basin. The
fabric filter in non-woven material must be fixed
with the appropriate filter-holding clips and
positioned in such a way that it adheres to the
fabric filter support grid as well as to the filter
basin.
9. Replace the filter basin and the collection basin
onto the base.
10. Shut the machine's lower water-side door.

11. Position two tanks half-full with clean diluent
above the base (solvent-side). In one of the two,
completely immerse the re-circulating solvent
aspiration tube - Fig.3 n.13 - supplied by the filter
- Fig.3 n.6 -. Also insert the discharge tube in the
same tank that always contains the re-circulating
diluent.
12. Completely immerse the two ends of the clean
aspiration tube - Fig.3 n.12 - in the second tank
that always contains clean diluent.
13. Replace the machine's solvent-side lower
door.
