7. CASES OF MALFUNCTIONING, FAILURE AND ERROR

Occasionally poor functioning of the machine may
occur. In these instances, one must refrain from
using the machine and provide the necessary
maintenance before incurring accidents or damage.
If the Double 250 machine does not supply liquid
to the atomizer after having been supplied with
compressed air and after having opened the tap,
it may signify that the tubes are blocked.
The same reason can also be valid with regard to
the pneumatic system.
Call the manufacturer for any information or with
any doubts before intervening.
The possible malfunctions, causes and remedies
are described as follows:
WATER SIDE
The mixture of dirty water is not discharged
Cause
- The plug drainer is blocked.
- The washing tank plug is blocked.
Remedy
- Clean the plug drainer.
- Replace the plug drainer.
- Check and clean the washing tank plug, if
needed.
The mixture of dirty water is not filtered
Cause
- The filter in "non-woven fabric" is too dirty.
- The washing tank plug is blocked.
Remedy
- Replace the filter in non-woven fabric.
- Check and clean the washing tank plug, if
needed.
The gun does not disburse water/
Brush does not disburse water
Cause
- Obstruction of the aspiration tubes.
- The aspiration tube isn't inserted into the collection
tank.
- The collection tank is empty because the filter in
non-woven fabric is blocked (it doesn't filter).
Remedy
- Plug the end of the tube and make it do the reverse
air path.
- Insert the aspiration tube inside the lower collection
tank.
- Replace the filter in non-woven fabric.
SOLVENT SIDE
The tube of the shower does not disburse product/
The atomizer tube does not disburse product/
Brush does not disburse product
Cause
- Obstruction of the diluent aspiration filter.
- Obstruction of aspiration tube.
- The aspiration tube isn't inserted into the diluent
container.
- Diluent container empty.
Remedy
- Clean the outside of the filter.
- Plug the end of the tube and make it do the reverse
air path.
- Insert the aspiration tube into the inside of the
diluent container.
- Diluent container to be refilled.
The tube of the shower does not work/
The atomizer tube does not work/
The gun does not disburse air
Cause
- The machine's pneumatic supply has been
detached.
- The exclusion valve of the supply line of
compressed air is shut.
Remedy
- Refresh the connection of the machine with the
pneumatic supply network.
- Open the valve of the supply line of compressed
air.
The atomizer tube does not work
Cause
- The machine's pneumatic supply has been
detached.
- The exclusion valve of the supply line of
compressed air is shut.
Remedy
- Refresh the connection of the machine with the
pneumatic supply network.
- Open the exclusion value of the supply line of
compressed air.
