Wear OSHA approved eye protection while operating the tire changer.
Wear non-slip safety footwear when operating the tire changer.
Do not wear jewelry or loose clothing when operating the tire changer.
Wear proper back support when lifting or removing wheels from the tire changer.
WARNING:
Never stand on the tire changer.
Mixing tire and rim sizes may affect steering, handling, and the braking of the vehicle.
WARNING:
Occupational Safety and Health Administration Standard 1910.177 requires tubeless and tube-type medium and large
truck tires be inflated using an OSHA-approved restraining device (e.g. safety cage) or barrier, and using a clip-on air
chuck with a pressure regulator and an extension air hose.
WARNING:
CAUTION: Do not hose down or power wash electric tire changers.
Do not operate the tire changer with worn, rubber or plastic parts.
Wheels equipped with low tire pressure sensors or special tire and rim designs may require certain procedures. Consult
manufacturer's service manuals.
GENERAL WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION:
1. If the maintenance procedures described in this manual are not executed
correctly, or if other instructions in the manual are not observed, accidents could
occur. This manual makes continuous reference to the possibility that accidents
can occur. Any accident could cause serious or fatal injuries to the operator or
people nearby, or cause material damage.
2. Never attempt to mount tyres and rims that do not correspond. It is very
dangerous. Tyres and rims that do not correspond could explode, causing
accidents.
3. Only the bead insertion operation is permitted on the tyre changer, without
exceeding a pressure of 0.5 bar.

Keep hands and clothing clear of moving parts.
Do NOT inflate tire on tire changer. The tire changer is not an approved restraining
device or barrier to provide protection during inflation.
Never mount a tire to a rim that is not the same diameter.
Take care to avoid any injuries. Carefully read, understand and observe the warnings and
instructions provided in this manual. This manual is an integral part of the product.
Store it together with the machine in a safe place for future reference.
