8.1. Initial Operation

■ Purge compressed-air line thoroughly prior to assembly.
■ Flush paint passage with suitable cleaning agent.
■ SATAminijet 1000 K: flush out material hose.
■ Screw connecting nipple [2-12] onto air connection [1-7].
■ Adjust air nozzle.
Horizontal spray [2-7]
Vertical spray [2-6]
8.2. Normal Operation
Connecting the paint spray gun
■ SATAminijet 1000 K: Connect material coupling [2-14] and material
hose [2-13].
■ SATAminijet 1000 H: attach RPS adapter [2-11] and suction cup
[2-9].
■ Connect the compressed air hose [2-8].
Adding material
Information!
When painting use only the quantity of material required for the work
step.
Maintain the necessary spray distance when painting. Store or dispose
of the material properly after painting.
SATAminijet 1000 H
■ Fill suction cup (max. 20 mm below upper rim).
■ Attach screw-on lid [2-10] to suction cup [2-9].
■ Screw suction cup into adapter via QCC to secure to spray gun.
SATAminijet 1000 K
■ Fill pressure tank and adjust pressure.

Information!
For adjustment options [3-2], [3-3] and [3-4] the air micrometer [1-4]
must be fully open (vertical position).
