OPERATION - General
The fat fryer is only intended for domestic use, not
for professional use.

OPERATION - Using for the first time
1. Remove the appliance from the packaging.
2. Clean the appliance thoroughly to remove any manufacturing residues (see "Cleaning and maintenance").
4. Fill the bowl with oil or liquid fat. The level of the oil or liquid fat must lie between the 'MIN' and 'MAX' marks
in the bowl.
ATTENTION: Never using solid fats (blocks)
ATTENTION: Only use oil or liquid fats specifically suitable for frying
OPERATION - Overheating safeguard
You can use the deep fryer only when it is filled with
oil or liquid fat. Do not use the appliance if the bowl
is empty or does not contain sufficient oil or liquid
fat. The deep fryer is equipped with an overheating
safeguard. This will be activated if the temperature
is rising, for example, you use the appliance without
(sufficient) oil or liquid fat. Should this happen, you
have to rest the deep fryer.
1. Turn the temperature control knob completely
to the left. Disconnect the plug from the wall
socket.
2. Allow the appliance to cool down completely.
3. Reset the appliance by pressing with a long (min. 6cm long) nonmetal pin against the reset switch in the
hole at the backside of the panel (see figure 2).
