b) Please prepare a power cable for connection from the mounting plate to the gate
opener (the number of cable cores should be min. 3 wires, the sectional area of cable
core should be over than 1.5mm² and keep the cable length properly according to the
installation condition.)
c) Please unlock the gate opener before installation by the following steps: remove the
keyhole cover, insert the key, and pull out the release bar at 90° as shown in Figure 5.
Then turn the output gear and make sure the gear can be rotated smoothly;

3.3.3 Manual operation:

In case of power failure use key unlock the lock and pull down the release bar about 90
degree to open or close gate manually, use the release key as follow:
Fit the supplied key in the lock.
Turn the key and pull down the release bar about 90°to release the gear. (Note:
Do not exceed 90°, be careful not to use too much force, otherwise the release bar will
be damaged.)
Open and close the gate manually.
Note: If the gate bumps the mounting post and cannot be electric opened, move the
gate a few inches by hand, thus you can release the gate with the key, open and close
the gate manually.
3.3.4 Gear rack installation

Fix the mounting screws to the rack.

Put the rack on the output gear to make the rack engage with the output gear and
then weld the mounting screws to the gate (each screw with one welding spot firstly).

Manually move the gate to check whether there is a fit clearance between the rack
and output gear, as shown in Figure 7. The gate should be moved smoothly after
the motor disengaged.

Weld all the mounting screws to the gate firmly.

Make sure that all racks on the same straight line.

Pull the gate after installed, make sure the entire trip is smooth without any stuck.
