C.3. CHANGING USER CODE ( without using
master-code)
The change of the user code without using the master
code is possible only if the user code was set in
advance by using the master code.
• Press the * key + ENTER
• Press the 3 key + ENTER
• Enter the valid user-code and press ENTER
• Enter the new user code (4 digits minimum and 6
digits maximum) and press ENTER
• Repeat the new user code and press ENTER.
C.4. DELETING USER CODE ( with master-code)
• Press the * key + ENTER
• Press the 0 key + ENTER
• Enter the valid master-code and press ENTER
• The user code is deleted.
If the new code is entered correctly, 2 beeps souds
and a green LED flashes. Otherwise, 3 beeps sound
warning that the operation was not succesfull, so
the initial code remains saved. Repeat again the
operation.
During operation if you enter a wrong number of
digits, a red LED flashes warning about the error.
After an error is made, start the programming
again by pressing ENTER or the * key.
D. CHANGING THE BATTERIES
If the voltage is low, every time "*" key is pressed 5
beeps sounds and the red LED flashes warning the bat-
teries have to be changed.
Extract the battery compartment located outside the
safe, at the lower part of the keyboard, and place 4
alkaline batteries of 1.5 V. The code remains saved
even if the battery is switched off.

GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE

The safe is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date
of its purchase, as established by the Law 23/2003 dated July
10th on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods.
ABSS accepts the responsibility for lacks of approval declared
within a period of two years in the event of any manufacturing
fault which affects the functioning of the safe from the date of
its delivery, according to the law. As from the first 12 months,
the buyer must prove that the non-conformity already existed
at the moment he received the safe.
The faults produced as a result of an improper use or insta-
llation, an excess of humidity or salinity, water or cement fil-
trations, force, the handling of the devices by non-authorized
persons, disasters, impacts and falls are excluded from the
guarantee.
The repair or substitution of any part due to a fault implies a
6-month extension to the guarantee of the part repaired or
substituted. ABSS will accept the responsibility for the non-
conformities that caused this repair when the same factory
faults that caused the first repair are repeated.

IMPORTANT:
• These details must be completed as clearly as possible and
without delay by the supplier, who will stamp and sign on be-
half of his company in the place indicated.
• The certificate remains in the possession of the purchaser.
• The purchaser must keep the RECEIPT for the purchase of the
safe, together with the GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE to be able
to accredit the date of purchase. Both documents are neces-
sary to use the guarantee.
