MALFUNCTION

• The hot water does not
reach the temperature
selected.
• The cold water
temperature is higher than
the temperature selected.
The touch buttons do not
work.
• Low ow.
• Unstable ow or
temperature.
• No water comes out.
It is important to clean the product regularly so that the system works properly. You must follow these instructions to do so correctly:
- Always clean the product with water or a neutral liquid detergent. Never use acidic or abrasive detergents.
- Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cotton cloth.
The thermal disinfection function may be used to sanitise and disinfect the installation. Consult TRES Technical Support for more
information. Press the ON/OFF button to exit the function

TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Connection fault between the screen and the
control unit.
• Thermostatic control fault.
• Temperature probe reading fault.
• Thermostatic control fault when the maximum
temperature is reached.
• Safety stop. Temperature above 50°C.
• The hot water runs out without nishing the
disinfection cycle.
• The required temperature is not reached.
• The temperature of the hot water supply is not
between 55°C and 65°C.
• The hot water pressure is lower than the cold
water pressure.
• The hot and cold water connections are inverted.
• Dirty thermostatic cartridge.
• Dirty hot water lter.
• The cold water supply temperature is higher than
the temperature selected.
• The cold water pressure is lower than the hot
water pressure.
• The hot and cold water connections are inverted.
• Dirty thermostatic cartridge.
• Dirty cold water lter.
• There is no electricity supply.
• Drops (of water/soap) are causing contact
between buttons.
• Dirty lters.
• Very unbalanced cold/hot water inlet pressures.
• Cold or hot water supply fault.
• Anti-scalding system activated.
• System failure.
SOLUTION
• Check the connections.
• Contact TRES Technical Support.
• Contact TRES Technical Support.

• Disconnect the system and connect it back up again.
• Contact TRES Technical Support.
• Restart the system by pressing the ON/OFF button.
• Contact TRES Technical Support.
• Check state of the installation.
• Restart disinfection cycle.
• Increase the temperature of the incoming water.
• Increase the pressure of the hot water or reduce the
pressure of the cold water.
• Swap water connections.

• Clean the inlet lter.
• Increase the pressure of the cold water or reduce
the pressure of the hot water.
• Swap water connections.

• Check the electricity supply.
