SUPER PARTY BRAT HOAGIE
Makes 6 servings.
INGREDIENTS

package (19 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE
1
medium sweet red pepper, sliced
1
medium yellow pepper, sliced
1
medium green pepper, sliced
DIRECTIONS
1. Grill bratwurst on the JOHNSONVILLE
2. In a skillet, sauté peppers and onion in oil until tender; set aside.
3. Slice French bread lengthwise and transfer to a baking sheet. Layer bottom of bread bottom with brats, peppers
mixture and provolone cheese.
4. Place top of bread on hoagie and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until heated through.
Cut hoagie and serve hot.
ITALIAN SAUSAGE CAPRESE SKEWER
Makes 4-6 servings.
INGREDIENTS

package (19 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE
Italian Sausage
1
pint cherry tomatoes (24 tomatoes)
1
tub (16 ounces) marinated fresh mozzarella balls
1
package (2.5 ounces) fresh basil leaves
DIRECTIONS
1. Grill Italian sausage on the JOHNSONVILLE
into 4 or 5 pieces.
2. Assemble skewers alternating the tomato, basil, mozzarella, and sausage.
3. Arrange skewers on a platter, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic syrup.
4. Sprinkle with fresh black pepper.
