13. Limited warranty
What is the period of coverage?
The limited warranty and any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are
valid for 12 months after the purchase date.
What is covered?
The warranty is only valid if the device was used according
to its intended purpose and does not bear signs of damage
detailed in the "What is not covered" section.
The warranty covers malfunctions that are caused by
manufacturing defects (problems that were present at
the time the device was sold).
Issue
You experience "unusual"
issues while operating the
device, e.g. smoke emission,
strong smell, the device
buzzes or clacks unusually
loudly, shakes, shorts out,
cannot be adjusted via the
control button, or does not
turn off after 15 minutes.

What is not covered?
The device is meant for personal use only. Any problem that
is caused by overuse, abuse, misuse, or an act of God are
not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages
are not recoverable under this warranty.
