6.2.3. The systems must be maintained by officers appointed by the owner of the equipment,
maintenance staff must receive training at a refrigeration equipment maintenance training center.
Maintenance staff must:
- know the design and operation of the refrigeration unit;
- know how to turn the refrigeration unit on and set the required temperature mode on it;
- know and abide by health and safety rules.
6.3. Operation procedure
1. Turn on the automatic switch to power up the unit.
2. Turn on the key switch on the panel of the unit, making sure the segment signs on the display
of the controller are lit. 10 second later, the current temperature in the refrigerated volume will
be displayed on the panel, the compressor and fans will turn on and the unit will start
refrigerating. You enter the temperature for the refrigerated volume on the display of the
controller.
3. Once the target temperature is achieved and the refrigeration unit is operating normally the
following things happen:
- the compressor turns off once the target temperature in the box is achieved, it also turns off
when the heat relay engages or a signal is received from the high and low pressure sensor, the
voltage monitor, the automatic switch, if any of the fuses blow and for the melting period.
- the fans of the air cooler turn off during the melting period while the condenser fans turn off
when the compressor turns off (in refrigeration units equipped with condensation pressure
regulators the rpm of the condenser fans can vary with the fans occasionally slowing down to
zero rpm).
4. In the event there appears a thick layer of snow on the evaporator, forced melting mode can
be used.
6.4. Guaranteed operating modes of the unit:
- evironment temperature: 10...40С, relative air humidity of 85% to 40%
- for outdoor units, the ambient temperature is: (-10) to +40С
- Electric power quality must conform to GOST 13109-97: the voltage can vary by ±5%, and
the frequency can vary by ±0,2%; maximum variations are ±10% and ±0,4%
- the difference in temperature between the food stuffs loaded in and the temperature in the box:
no more than 5С;
- work time coefficient: no more than 0.75 assuming the heat exchangers are cleaned in due time
and preventive maintenance is carried out every month by an authorized service center.
- the thickness of sandwitch panel walls with a heat exchange rate of 0.025Вт\(mhK):
- the medium temperature box - 80 mm.
- the low temperature box - 100 mm.
- 80 mm, this can be installed inside a room with an outside temperature of no more than +28C
- load density for a box of up up to 100 m3 - 250 kg\m3
a box of more than 100 m3 (on pallets) - 122 kg\m3
- 24-hour turnover for a box of 100 m3 - 10%
for boxes of more than 100 m3(pallets) - 15%
- specific heat capacity of the product:
average temperature (prior to freezing) - 3.7 kJ\kg x K
low temperature (after freezing) - 3 kJ\kg x K
7. Safety measures.
7.1. Before starting the unit, it is necessary to ensure the integrity of the conductor insulation,
the reliability of the connections and the quality of the grounding.
