The cleaner does not move and the light is off:
The cleaner is stopped and waiting for a new cleaning cycle to be started.
Disconnect the power supply box, wait for at least 15 seconds and reconnect it. Make sure
the light turns on briefly. If the light does not turn on, check that the power supply is correct
by connecting another appliance to the outlet. If the power supply is correct contact your retailer.
The light flashes when you press the ON/OFF button:
Unplug the power supply box from the mains outlet.
Disconnect the cleaner from the control box and reconnect it following the instructions in
this document.
Reconnect the power supply and check that the light switches on.
Press on the ON/OFF button. If the light flashes contact your retailer.
The cleaner does not suction any debris:
Remove the cleaner from the pool and disconnect the power supply.
Remove and clean the filter.
Check that the propeller is not damaged. If the propeller is damaged it must be replaced.
The cleaner produces a jet of water but does not move:
Remove the wheels.
Check that no debris is stuck in the wheel cogs; remove any debris found.
Start-up the cleaner and check that the cogs turn before the cleaner stops.
The cleaner rises up to the waterline and sucks in air:
Repeat the steps mentionned in the section 3.3 and check that the problem
has been solved. If the problem persists, remove the cover from the robot
then the 2 screws that maintain the plate in place (fitted with hinges). Remove
this plate.
Cut out the external parts of the float (the dots show the cut-out lines), then
fit the central part inside the cover and screw the hinged plate back into place.
Reassemble the filter then mount the cover on the robot and check that the
problem has been solved.
Rotation to the right is not efficient:

7 / TROUBLESHOOTING...

A rotation to the right is the first turn the robot will
make at the beginning of the cycle. It is therefore easy
to check its correct operation within the first minute
of operation of the cleaner. If the robot fails to turn
correctly, check that the small calliper located under
the robot can swivel freely and remove any debris
that could hinder its movement. Check also that the
caster wheel is not worn; replace it if necessary.
Contact your retailer if the problem persists.
