1. GENERAL INFORMATION

WARNING: Please, read and make sure to understand these instructions before you start using the machine.
This manual provides you with the necessary instructions to put this machine into service, use and maintenain it and,
in the event of failure, to repairing it. It also points out the aspects that may affect the user's safety and health when the
machine is operated. Follow these instructions to ensure a safe use and easy maintenance of the machine. Reading
these instructions is mandatory for anyone responsible for its use, maintenance or repair.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE

This machine has been designed and manufactured to crush leftover building materials from a reform, such as bricks,
ceramics, concrete blocks, tiles, slabs, vaults, blocks of aerated concrete, plaster plates, gypsum and plasterboard
which must have been duly broken down to hammer size before being fed into the machine.
The construction materials are introduced into the grinding chamber through a hinged upper door. An electric motor
powers a roller carrying mobile hammers which will hit the materials previously introduced to crush them into small par-
ticles. These smaller particles are screened by calibrated interchangeable sieves, through which the resulting sand will
be released out of the machine for further use.
Therefore, this machine:

• Is equipped with three different interchangeable caliber sieves.
• It works on a system of hammers mounted on an interchangeable drum that rotates round a shaft.
• Is equipped with two telescopic legs to increase stability and to allow an easier extraction of the sand.
• Two handles and four rotating wheels with brake makes it easy to move the machine.
• It is built in accordance to the applicable EC Directives.
• Easy maintenance.
• It must be operated by only one person at a time.

2.1 NORMAL USE OF THIS MACHINE

This crushing machine has been designed and built to crush construction materials as indicated in this manual. Any
other use not expressly indicated is considered misuse. Any tool or accessory added or modified without the written
authorization of the manufacturer is considered inappropriate and potentially dangerous. Therefore, the manufacturer
disclaims all liability as such should any damage or injury occur as a consequence of the described misuse.
When installing the machine, please, make sure that the surface where it is placed to work on is firm, horizontal and that
the ground is not soft.
It is forbidden any type of modification in any of the parts, elements or features of the machine performed by
the user on his own initiative. The manufacturer will not be in any case responsible for the consequences that
may arise from the failure to comply with these recommendations.
