Solutions
• Check that power cables are
correctly connected.
• Check that power connector
supplies current at 5V.
• Check voltage on the outlet.
Replace the batteries

Try the camera on a different channel
(if no image appears, change video
camera).
Check output power voltage of
adapter.
Contact the post sale service.
Check cable connection
(monitor, router).
Contact the Internet provider.
