Eletric
TRAPP shredders, either single-phase or three-phase,

are assembled with dual voltage motors. They leave
factory without eletric wiring so customers can choose
the one that best suits their voltage needs.
For shredders sold without the motor, choose

minimum power according to technical data under
"Technical Characteristics."

For motors of power above 5 cv, the use of a delta-

star switch is recommended. The model suggested is
ETW (WEG Acionamentos) or of similar type.
As the on/off switch is distant from the shredder,

install an emergency button in the equipment in case
immediate switching off is necessary.
