FITTINGINSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove the side lining and the plastic sill in the luggage.
2. Remove the 15 fastenings from the bumper and cut out in the lower
part of the bumper as shown in the template.
3. Remove the 6 fastenings from the concealing cover and cut out in the
concealing cover as shown in the template.
4. Remove the aluminium beam and its fastenings. Note. Save 2 of the
M10 bolts for fitting the towbar.
5. Fit the ends loosely to the frame-members on the car. See illustration.
6. Fit the cross-beam loosely to the ends. See illustration.
7. Tighten all bolts with a torque wrench.
8. Fit the aluminium beam as shown in the illustration.
9. Fit the concealing cover.
10.Fit the bumper. Replace the side lining and plastic sill in the luggage.
11.Fit the ball and electrical socketplate as shown in the illustration.
12.Tighten the bolts wit a torque wrench.

NOTE:
* Remove the insulating material from the contact area of the fitting points.
* All bolts are quality 8.8 - nuts 8. or when mentioned in fitting instructions

* Don't forget the spring- and plain washers.
* Consult your dealer for the maximum tolerated pull weight and ball
hitch pressure of your vehicle.
* It is recommendable to retighten all fixing bolts and nuts after the towbar
has been in use for some 1000 km/600 miles.
* Do not drill through brake-or fuellines.
* Remove (if present) the plastic caps from the spot welding nuts.
