Mounting steps
How to connect the filter:
1. Loosen four screws 0 and remove the terminal cover 1.
2. Connect the filter input cable to terminals 1U1, 1V1, 1W1.
Connect the filter output cable to terminals 1U2, 1V2, 1W2.

Use shielded cables.

Connect the two PE conductors to the PE stud using ring cable lugs (PE
connection must comply with EN 61800−5−1).

Observe tightening torques.
3. Turn down the shield and connect it to the shield sheet (PES) with a
surface as large as possible.
Fix the shield with a metal cable tie or hose clip 2.

Use an additional cable tie for strain relief 3.

4. Insert the terminal cover 1 and fix it with four screws 0.

Hazardous electrical voltage
The terminal cover 1 serves to protect persons!
If the filter is operated without a terminal cover 1, it is possible to
touch live parts at the terminals. These parts remain live for up to
three minutes after mains disconnection.

Death or severe injuries.
Only commission the filter if the terminal cover is mounted.
Switch off the power supply and wait for at least three minutes
before dismounting the terminal cover. Ensure that all terminals
are in a de−energised state.
