Assembly instruction
Please check, using the packing list, that the delivery
is complete
4.1
Base
First, screw the wheels onto the base, mounting the bra-
king wheels at the rear. To facilitate assembly, actuate
the brake on the braking wheels.
4.2
Column
Erect the stand and screw onto the base. Now tighten
all the screws. Fit the handle to the column.
4.3
Parallel arm
Fit the parallel arm. Important:
The parallel arm should now be in the raised position via
the gas spring. In the following points, lower the parallel
arm to an almost horizontal position (the gas spring
blocking function will hold the position, but a tension
belt between the handle on the parallel arm and the
base will add extra safety).
Bear in mind that the gas spring has the force to hold
the arms with the cassettes mounted.
4.4
Cassette holder
Fit the cassette yoke to the front of the parallel arm.
tighten the nut to achieve a slight resistance against the
holder turning.

Prepare the cassette
Open the cassette. Unscrew the two screws on the
front plate. Tilt the front plate forwards, lift it out of the
groove and place it on the side.
4.6
Mounting the cassette
Mount the cassette holder on the parallel arm with the
locking device facing upwards. Then insert the cassette
into the cassette holder yoke with the handle facing
upwards. Mount the cassette as shown in he diagram,
using the M10 x 60 screws supplied. Tighten the screws.
Screw self-locking nuts against the screws (lock). This
links the cassette to the cassette holder and makes
this link swivelable. Carry out the same steps with the
second cassette. You no longer need the tension belt.
4.7
Cabling
Thread the pre-assembled cable through the hole and fix
the mounting plate with self-tapping screws.
4.8
Connectors
Plug in the connector for the ventilator until it is fully
inserted. Unscrew the screws for the second connector
and attach the connector. The mating face should face
upwards.
4.9
Mounting the front plate
Slide the front plate into the groove. Plug in the front
plate connector up to the stop position. Attach the front
plate with the 2 screws.
4.10 Adjusting the parallel arm
Finally, tighten the two screws on the parallel arm. The
guide value for this is approx 20 Nm.
